At Contract Production we pride ourselves in maintaining the highest standards of quality and workmanship throughout the manufacturing process. We are ISO 9001:2015 accredited and our internal workmanship standards are checked and verified to IPC-A-610 certification (latest revision). In addition all PCB’s are manufactured on UL approved substrates and 100% electrically tested prior to assembly.

IPC Certification – Excellence in PCB Assembly
IPC-A-610 is a standard used extensively across the electronics industry and provides acceptance criteria for various aspects of PCB assemblies including component placement, soldering quality and overall visual appearance ensuring consistent levels of workmanship, quality and reliability. The standard is regularly updated and our staff are trained to the latest revision by our own in-house IPC Certified Trainer (CIT) to maintain IPC compliance with ever changing industry trends and manufacturing technologies.
